Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All deliveries are sent via The Royal Mail Group and delivered from Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm. The standard delivery time for UK mainland is 1-2 working days, outside UK mainland will be 3-5 working days, and for ROI customers it could be 6-10 days (excluding public holidays) upon receipt of order. If you have still not received your order after this time please contact the Customer Service Team on 02477752787 (9am – 3pm Monday to Friday).

There is no minimum order value, however the following delivery charges may apply…

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to an event outside our reasonable control.

The Goods are at the risk of the Customer from the time of delivery or, if the Customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Goods, at the time when BeachSupplies.co.uk Ltd attempts to make delivery.

How do I know which items are dispatched direct from a supplier?

Items dispatched direct from one of our approved suppliers are denoted by ‘delivered by supplier’. You will also see different shipping options on the delivery page. These items are usually delivered to you within 3-5 working days. For some larger items you will be contacted by the supplier to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

We have a number of items available to order that will be delivered directly by one of our approved suppliers, as this allows us to offer a wider range of products. These items are only available for home delivery, and will arrive separately to the rest of your order.

Items that are delivered directly by one of our approved suppliers will be marked as such on their individual pages.

Returns

How do I return an item bought from BeachSupplies.co.uk?

This is dependant on where the product has been sent from, please check your order confirmation for the detail for each item ordered. You will need to follow the process to ensure the product is sent to the correct return address.

Any items sent to the incorrect address may not be refunded or returned. Please double check the details to ensure they are correct before sending.

We do not accept Royal Mail Collections returns or returns dropped off at a Royal Mail parcel locker.

You can return items via any service, provided they are sent recorded. Please ensure you download and complete the (XXX Returns form XX) and include this in the parcel with the items you wish return.


Please ensure you retain your proof of postage.

If you received a damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing item, please contact our Customer Services team using the here. Please make sure you have photographic or video evidence, order number and information about the issue to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.

Items which have been sent directly from our suppliers should be returned back to the original supplier, not BeachSupplies.co.uk. Please follow the instructions on the supplier return note received within your order. Returning a ‘direct from supplier’ item to the BeachSupplies.co.uk warehouse can result in your refund being cancelled or delayed.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer services team here. Please make sure you have photographic or video evidence and information about the issue to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.

If your item was sent by one of our suppliers, please contact the supplier directly. You can find the necessary contact details on the supplier return note received within your order.

What is the online returns policy?

If you’ve changed your mind about an item, you can return it by post within 14 days. We do not accept returns made outside of the 14 day returns period. Please ensure that all items are in the original condition, unopened, unused and any seals are intact with the tags still on. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items which have been sent directly from our suppliers should be returned back to the original supplier, not BeachSupplies.co.uk. Please follow the instructions on the supplier return note received within your order. Once the supplier has received your item (within 14 days), they will contact BeachSupplies.co.uk who will issue a refund to you within 28 days. Returning a direct from supplier item to the BeachSupplies.co.uk warehouse can result in your refund not being applied or being delayed.

By original condition we mean:

  • All original packaging is in a good resalable condition and the product can be resold at full price
  • All accessories and paperwork are included
  • The product is unused, unopened, and seals and cellophane are intact
  • The product has not been registered with the manufacturer to a user and contains no personal information
  • Items sold in a multipack must be returned together
  • If the order contained a free item, this item must also be returned or you will be charged
  • 3 for 2 items can be returned individually but will be refunded based on the promotional price paid

Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected for health and safety purposes, or you may be contacted for further information.

Any reward issued from BeachSupplies.co.uk for The Beach Club or MyBeachClub.com points earned will be deducted against the refunded item in accordance with the MyBeachClub terms and conditions.

Unless faulty, we do not accept returns for:

  • Medicine
  • Perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk)
  • Personalised gifts
  • Cosmetic products which have been opened or used
  • Items opened or unsealed that would cause the item to become unsafe to resell.

What do I do if the item I bought online is faulty?

If your item is faulty, we can arrange a refund or replacement if it is within our 14-day returns policy.

What do I do if my parcel is damaged?

REFUNDS

Where is my refund?

All your up to date returns information will be in your ‘My Orders section, however, we’ll also email you with any updates. If you’ve asked for a refund we’ll credit the method of payment on the order. Please allow up to 28 days for this credit to appear on your account (30 days for PayPal).

How long does it take to get a refund?

If you’ve asked for a refund we’ll credit the account you used to pay for your order. Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to appear on your account, including orders that have been paid for with BeachSupplies.co.uk MyBeachClub points. For orders placed with Paypal please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear. We’ll email you when this happens and you can also check your returns history in ‘my account’.

REPLACMENTS

How do I get a replacement?

We can only replace direct like for like items. Therefore, if you have ordered the incorrect item we are unable to exchange it.

To return to the BeachSupplies.co.uk Wearhouse include this (XXX Returns Form XXX) in your parcel, then send via recorded delivery to the address on the returns form.

If you do not have the original packaging for the parcel you can still return the item using the above process, but we advise that the item is packaged well to avoid any damage to the product.

We will send you an email when we process the replacement and then a further email when we dispatch it.

Items which have been sent directly from our suppliers should be returned back to the original supplier, not BeachSupplies.co.uk. Please follow the instructions on the supplier return note received within your order to avoid your items being lost or taking longer to process your replacement.

How do I return an item dispatched by an approved supplier?

If you’ve changed your mind about an item you have purchased, you can return within the 14 days directly to the supplier. Orders which have been sent directly from our approved suppliers should be returned to the original supplier, not BeachSupplies.co.uk. Please follow the instructions on the supplier dispatch note received within your order.

Please ensure that all items are in original condition, unopened, unused and any seals and cellophane are intact. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item is faulty, this may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty policy on your confirmation email.

By original condition we mean:

  • All original packaging is in a good resealable condition and the product can be resold at full price
  • All accessories and paperwork are included
  • The product is unused, unopened and seals and cellophane are intact
  • The product has not been registered with the manufacturer to a user and contains no personal information
  • Items sold in a multipack are returned together
