Biodegradable – our BioSoft™ ear plugs will decompose 76% in 180 days when tested in accordance with EN13432 in an aerobic environment (with air/oxygen present). Traditional PU or PVC ear plugs will remain unchanged.
Carbon Footprint – BioSoft™ ear plugs have a considerably lower Carbon footprint thantraditional PU Foam earplugs. When tested per 10,000 pairs, traditional PU foam earplugsproduce 44.47kg of CO2e compared with only 7.93kg for BioSoft™ – a reduction of over 82%.
How to Use – With clean hands, gently roll the earplug between your fingers to soften and shape it. Insert carefully into the ear canal and hold in place for a few seconds while it expands for a comfortable, secure fit.
To remove, twist slowly and pull out gently. Do not pull quickly.
Earplugs can be reused a few times. After use, wipe clean and store in a dry place.
Disposal – When they reach the end of their life, place earplugs in home compost or garden waste, where they will naturally break down.
