Every great sandcastle starts with a decent spade. This one just happens to be made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic, which means it’s doing the planet a small favour while your little one does serious structural work on the shoreline.
Made by Yel (Yello Eco), the recycled PP spade is robust enough to handle a full summer of beach action — moats, tunnels, ambitious towers and the inevitable collapse. It’s BPA-free, PVC-free and phthalate-free, and comes in a range of assorted colours (colour selected at random, so it’s a small surprise when it arrives).
The cardboard tags are recycled too, so the eco credentials go all the way to the packaging.
